Georgian Room Art Gallery - 1965

Georgian Lounge in Student Union:  October 27, 1965 – December 05, 1965

The Georgian Room Art Gallery, while not outlining specific artists, was intended to be used as a space for art galleries, receptions such as weddings, and visiting speakers and performers. Decorated with Georgian hues of greens and gold, carpet, drapery fabrics, English chests and drawers, antique white vinyl, and velvet upholstery, this room was put together to hold sophisticated presentations and put-together galleries. University faculty were integral factors in the creation of the gallery.
